The Sydney Public Morals Association is urging the Attorney-General to pass a law early next session to provide for the establishment of children's courts in New South Wales. At the last meeting of the association Mr. W. E. Too.sc, who recently visited America, described the children's courts in operation in each of the States. As the result, of hi- investigations, he expressed the firm conviction that the working of these ."flirts was in the best interests of t:io children, and of the community generally.
