WELLINGTON TRAMWAYS.
o [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. At a meeting of the City Council to-night it wars decided not to entertain the suggestion to set up an Appeal Board for tramway employees, and that no increase in the present wages could be paid. The Mayor stated that it would' be necessary before knowing whether the tramways were paying, to have 12 months' experience.
