BRITISH NAVAL MOVEMENTS.
CHANNEL FLEET SAILS FOR VIGO. London, October 29. The Channel fleet, under ViceAdmiral Lord Charles Beresford, has sailed from Gibraltar for Vigo. The new destroyers Itchen and Dee (6 guns, 525 tons, 25$ knots), which had been commissioned for the Mediterranean fleet, are now to join the Home squdron. A portion of the Home squadron is expected at Portland.
