London, October 65. There is an outburst of violence in the Russia*? newspapers against Britain's demands. The report of Admiral Roshdestvenski as to having iseen torpedo-boats at Dogger Bank is fully believed. This condition of feeling in St. Petersburg, it was considered, would impede the arriving; at a settlement.:
