A LAUNCH SWAMPED.

I Hokianga Heads, Saturday. The steam launch Alice, owned by Messrs. Mitchelson and Co., while in cow of the ; s.s. Ohinemuri, from Raglan cm her way to Herelcino, was swamped crossing the bar here this morning. The launch was . safely beached by the Ohinemuri, but her j boiler and part of the machinery were lost.
