Mining Notices THE KURANUI GOLD MINING COMPANY, 1 LIMITED. t Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Kuranui Gold Mining Company, Limited, will be held at the registered office of the Company, No. 205, Victoria Arcade, Queen-street, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 28th day of October, 1904, at th? hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, when the subjoined Resolutions will be proposed. Should the Resolutions be passed by the required majority, they will be submitted for confirmation as special Resolutions, to a Second Extraordinary Meeting, which will be subsequent}' convened. RESOLUTIONS: 1. That Regulation Three in the Articles of Association of the Company be altered as follows:—"That' capital of the Company be increased to £25.000 by the creation of 40,000 new shares of 5a each." 2. That 30,000 shares of such shares be offered to members of the Company on the Register of Shareholders on the 15th day of November, 1904, in the proportion of one share for every two shares then held by such members. 3. That members who pay tho sum of 2d per share on application, and 2d per share on aUotment, shall be entitled to Certificates for shares applied for by them paid up to 2s 8d each. 4.
