fUT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wanganui, Tuesday. Mr. Felix Tanner, of "Tanner's Ark" fame, has been served with a writ by the Marine Department, ordering the detention of tha craft here on the ground that it is nnseaworthy. Mi. Tanner iad a trial trip on the river yesterday, and is well satisfied with tho boat.
