Other f stocks - had fair demand. In mining lines Waihi shares were much firmer, owing to the . growing importance of developments there. Waihis changed hands at £5 7s 6d, buyers closing firmer at £5 Bs, and sellers asking £5 10s. Wnihi Extendeds wore done »t 2» 8d and 2s 9d, mors being wanted at 2s 9d, sellers 2s lOd. Waihi Grand Junctions were in stronger demand at 46s 6d, sellers advancing quotations to Ms. Woihi Honsolidateds had buyers at lod. sellers lid. Talismans sold at 2s 6d, sellers closing at 29 Sd, buyers 2s 4d. Waitekauris had sale at Is (>d. Golden Belts (paid tip) had sellers at 3s 3d, buyers 3s. In other lines late prices ruled.
