FATAL ACCIDENTS.
[BY TELEGRAM.— ASSOCIATION.] Cabteuton, Monday. Tub body of young Udy was found in the Ruamahunga River, covered with silt, only one foot being uncovered. Cudwalldor's horse was found with its bridle broken, to there is little doubt he shared his nephew's fate. Cudwalkler was i. single man 29 years of age, and Udy was 19 years old. Both were natives of Carterton. Oamaru, Monday. The body of e.n elderly man decomposed, and beyond recognition, was found in the Wailaki River apposite Kurow yesterday. The deceased appeared to be about 55 years old, and had evidently been in the water for thiee weeks. So far as is known no one is missing from tho district. Tho body was partly nude, and the man was probably drowned while attempting to swim the river above JhLurow •
