DOCK CHARGES.

Lord Inverclyde, chairman of the Cunard Company, speaking at a meeting in Liverpool, said if the company were hampered by increased dock charges they would transfer their fast ships to another port. They already paid higher dues than their rivals at Southampton, Havre, Bremen, and Hamburg.
