I ■■' ■■.; TO THE EDITOR. Sir.—ln reading your paper I came across Bishop Noligan's reference to the late Archdeacon Govett, in which ho prayed that perpetual light might shine upon, him. I would like to ask His Lordship the Bishop where such, a prayer is sanctioned in the Prayer Book.—l am, etc., Catholic. 1.
