CADET GARRISON BRASS BAND.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, May 1 ask for space in your columns re the formation of the' cadet garrison brass band for the sohool cadets of Auckland? I am of the opinion that the people of Auckland take an interest in the school cadets. If this is the ease, could not some means of obtaining the funds required be Drought into view? The majority of the band memberare old school cadets, and . are all willing to do their best to make the band a sucoesa. How much better would a band of 25 efficient players be for the cadets, and how would they appreciate it! I learn by an advertisement in yoii.i- papei that a band is being formed in Wollingtop foi_ the above purpose. Trusting that something will be done to carry out the above proposition.—l am, etc., i A Believer in tub Cadet Movement,
