A TUTOR'S INHUMANITY.

M, Dippold, tutor of two boys, has been sentenced at Beyrouth to eight years' penal servitude and the loss of civil rights for 10 years for inhumanity in repeatedly flogging the elder boy, aged 14, and causing his death. The' doctors described Dippold as sane, but morally perverted.
