[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION] Westport, Saturday. Major Chaytor, Captains Madigan and Stiles, the Military Court set up to inquire into the charges against. Gunner Powell, of the Westport Artillery, find Powell was guilty of insolent language to his superior officer and of behaving in a disorderly manner while in uniform. General Babihgton confirms this, finding.
