FIRE IN CHRISTCHURCH.
■■:' [BY telegraph.—press association.] : Christchurch, Tuesday. A fire which started in an outhouse at the rear 'of >■ Messrs. Griersori and Davis'. wine and' spirit store last night spread to the warehouse, and before it was quenched £500 worth of damage had been done to t|ie stock, consisting principally of dry goods. The stock is covered by a policy in the National Mortgage , Company for £500, and, the building is damaged to the extent of about \ £100, - the insurance being unknown. r ' - v '.y;'■'-'/■ : - :y '
