By Telegraph—Press Association.—Copyrigfct <secei-red Way 27. 11.55 o.m ) Suva, May 27, Tire Norwegian barquo Lotos has been totally wrecked at Kandava. The crew were saved. The Lotos was under charter to Mr. Vauss, of Sydney, and recently arrived with a cargo of Tasmanian hardwood.

The Lotos was a wooden barque, built at) Grimstad. Norway, in 1893, and was owned by Mr. J. Bang, of the same port. Her dimensions were:—Length, 150.5 ft; broaden, 31.9 ft; depth, 16.2 ft! tonnage*, &?'. The barque arrived at Hobart from Grimstad in January; last, and proeseded thence to I'iji.
