Tho exact aiount of the trust moneys referred to and whether they have diminished through any portion of them hav. ing been used for othet than tho purpose intended? 3. How cornw, it that the Board pledges as security for m overdraft moneys which Mr. Bollard state! could not he used except for buildings? 4. Who would be held responsible if the bank deemed it necessary to call up the overdraft and, failing pay. ment of same, seized tho trust funds pledged as security? 5.
