TO THE EDITOR. j. Sir, People talk about trams going too fast. This morning I asked a conductor ho* loner it took them to go down from the depot at Ponsonby to Queen-street. " Oh, 15 or 20 minutes," ho said, and I timed them to be 27 minutes. I say the horso trams should have stayed here if they are going to make the cars go slower.— am, etc., COTJNTISIUiS.
