By Telegraph.—Press Association.— . London - , September 12. The Welsh miners sent £IQOO to the Pennsylvania strikers. Serious disturbances have occurred at the Bethesda quarry. Lord Penrhyn declines to meet a deputation of the strikers owing to their violent behaviour towards the workers.
