DILWORTH TRUSTEES BILL.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—SPECIAL COEEESPONDEKT.j Wellington, Thursday. The Dilworth Trustees Bill, introduced by Mr. Frank Lawry, on. behalf of the Sneaker, passed through its, final stages this afternoon. When the Bill was in Committee Mr. Lawry agreed.to reduce from 99 years to 66 years, the term of building leases for properties held by the" trustees.
