A GOVERNMENT VETERINARY RESIGNS.
[BY telegraph.-— ASSOCIATION'.] Hawera, Monday. Mr. Douglas, the Government veterinary, harj received a cable notifying his appointment to the Imperial service in England in connection with the inspection of remounts, and will resign from the New Zealand service and leave the colony snortly.
