[lIY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Dcxedin", Friday, The Acclimatisation Society to-day resolved, after discussion, that steps be taker, to get power to issue netting licenses for draught nets, only for trout in sea, the executive to be empowered to settle all necessary details. The society received a communication to-day from the Minister for Marine about the marine hatchery, which the society, with others, has been advocating for years, stating that it was intended to entrust the management of the hatchery to .1 board. As no provision is made for the society to be represented on the board, it was decided to withdraw the society's offer of £250 towards the cost of the hatchery.
