Anton Martinovich In this case, a claim for. £10, £5 being a refund of a deposit, and the. other £5 ;for al-sJ(sts leged breach of contract, which was. heard on Thursday, His Worship gave judgment fof f'i defendant for the amount claimed, with costs. ' Mr. Graham appeared for the ; plaintiff, and Mr. Stewart represented the" defendant. ' Price of a Cow: Elias Andrews and Edward ;. Wilson sued Alexander Leith,« for a claim of . J £5,. the value of a cow, sold by defendant to plaintiff, Wilson,, as agent. .for Andrews. Plaintiffs alleged that defendant warranted and guaranteed the cow to be serviceable; for .V'v| dairying purposes.''
