CONCENTRATION CAMPS.
BOERS TREATED BETTER THAN/LOYALISTS. (Received January 7, 1.14 a.m.) London, January 6. The Government insist on the' Concentration camps being supplied with the best imported foods, fresh vegetables daily, and other luxuries which civilian loyalists are unable to obtain.
THE FOREIGN CALUMNIES. (deceived January 7, 1.20 a.m.) London, January G. The Italian and Austrian military attaches in South Africa declare that the outrages attributed to the British army' are incredible. The Americans fully credit Lord Roberts' denial. .The French are reticent. A portion of the German press "reproduce Lord Roberts' denial, and some papers comment flippantly on it, alluding to Lord Roberts' statements as whitewashing the army.
