WELLINGTON CITY BORROWING PROPOSAL.
Cllt '.TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, Monday. The City Council has decided to consolidate the loans for street-paving, Town Hall, and electric tramways, recently' authorised separately bv the ratepayers, and will submit a new proposal to borrow £330,000 for the above purposes.
