The Premier and party left for the North late on Saturday night, Mr. Seddoft expecting to return early next month to turn the first sod of the railway to Ross, and to lay the foundation stone of Westland'.-j, war memorial. The latter function will be carried out with Masonic ceremony. The memorial will cost about £100.
