THE MILLERS "COMBINE."
[by telegraph.—press association.? Wellington, Wednesday. It transpires that the arrangement made between the Mister Bakers' Association and flour millers is that the Millers' " Combine" shall refuse to deal with all bakers who are in the habit of undercutting rates agreed Upon by the Master Bakers' Association by refusing them supplies, bakers in return shunning all outside mills. , This arrangement applies not only to Wellington, but to the whole colony. The bakers claim the position is forced upon them by the demands of the workmen, and by the undercutting of rivals.
