[by TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION-] Wellington, Monday. The Wellington case, Duff v. Oahill, was to have been heard in the Appeal Court to-day, but, owing to the indisposition of Mr. Justice Williams, was adjourned, and no other case was ready for hearing. The case, Otago Harbour Board v. Lysaght, Will be take to-morrow.
