« ; Dr. John Wilkins, who is to be tried a third time on the charge of manslaughter by causing the death' of Mary. O'Dowd, was brought before His Honor Mr. Justice Conoily yesterday forenoon. . Mr. J. R. Reed, counsel for the accused, asked His Honor if be would be prepared to bear the case on his return from • the South. . His lienor said he could not do so, as he would be only a short time in Auckland. Accused was then admitted to bail on his former sureties, and will come up for trial at the November sittings of the Supreme Court. '■ ■- ■ ■ >
