VICTORIA COLLEGE SITE.
.[BY TELEGRAPH.—rHES3 ASSOCIATION.] Wellington-, Thursday. The governors of the Wellington College have agreed to a proposal to surrender about 10 acres of the upper part of their grounds to the City Council, to compensate it in the event of its setting apart a portion of its reserve on Salamanca Road as a site for the Victoria University College.
