London, June 12. In the House of Gammons the Government, by a majority of 33, secured the remaining time of the session, excepting Wednesdays, for Government business. Mr. Balfour announced that the Government intended to press forward the Finance, Loan, Rating, Education and Factory Bills. Sir H. Campbefl-Bannerrofn announced that the Education Bill would be seriously opposed. Mr. John Redmond taunted the Government with allowing the Irish Land Purchase Bill to disappear from their programme He hoped events in Ireland would, during the year, convince the Government that they must deal seriously with the land question. (Received Jane 13, 10.25 p.m.) London, June 13. The House of Commons, by 314 votes to 154, retained in the Mines Bill a working limit of eight hours.
