Cock, four charges or selling liquor without a. license, were heard before Mr. Bush, S.M. The defendant pleaded guilty to each charge. .Mr. C. I?. Walker appeared for dc-feudant, and asked for a lenient fine, pointing out that there was no wholesale business curried on. The Magistrate fined defendant £5 on each charge, with costs. The total fines and costs.amount to £26 14s. The lints were paid. __________
