[BY TELEGKAFH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. The Midland Railway Commission sat this moaning, and took the evidence of Mr. David Wallace, who was traffic manager for the Midland Company, and is now goods agent on the Government line at Dunedin.
