Owing to French soldiers creating continuous rowdyism, they have been forbidden to enter the British concession at Tientsin unless on duty.
Captain Mockler, a British divisional staff officer, was assaulted in the French concession yesterday. London, March 17. In reply to a question in the House of Commons, Lord George Hamilton stated that Russia claimed that her concession at Tientsin overrides the railways proprietorial right.
