It was decided to hold ft regatta on March 23 (Saturday), owing to the Auckland Regatta being fixed for the 9th. It was unanimously decided to give trophies for all events, instead of prize money, it being the general opinion we ought to go into our sports for the enjoyment we get out of them, and not for money-making purposes. Subscriptions are coming in fairly well, and the committee feel confident they will be able to run off a good programme.—[A Correspondent.]
