NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOUR.
[iJY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] New Plymouth, Tuesday. The Harbour Board decided to-day to obtain a report from Mr. Napier Bell, on a proposal to cut a hole in the breakwater. In the meantime Mi. Bell strongly advises the Board not to touch the mole.
