DRAINAGE LOAN AUTHORISED. A poll of the ratepayers of the Eden Terrace j Road Board district was taken in the Eden ■ Terrace Public Hall on Saturday last between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., on the ~ question of the negotiation of a loan of £3000 for the purpose of thoroughly draining the district.
