ACCIDENT AT MORRINSVILLE.

Clifford, of Momsville, had a narrow escape from death, fie win riding a horse that was understoojto he a I very quiet one, when, lor some uwplained j cause, the horse kicked the maiifho to j leading it, knocking him down, of causing : him to let go the reins. It wi feared he was killed, as his face was <lribly battered. Dr. Cairns was pronjly on the scene from Te Aroha, and asclained that the skull was not fractured. J A bone of the left hand is broken, and tl lad is suffering from shock, but it is lped will recover in a few weeks. Mr. foe Morgan, who was leading the horse, Sustained a severe shaking, but should 1, well in a day or so. .
