SHIPMASTERS' ASSOCIATION.
[BY TELEGRAM. —-PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. The annual meeting of the vNew Zealand Shipmasters' Association was held to-day. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £92. Captain Kennedy resigned the post of secretary owing to the state of his health, but agreed to hold office till a successor was appointed. The retiring officers were reelected with the exception of Captain Campbell, who did not offer himself. Captains Hipgrave, Allman, Jarmnn, Lawtoil, and Coulson were added to the Management Committee.
