THIRTEEN LIVES LOST. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. Paris, November 16. A subsidence of the permanent way caused the derailment of the ParisMadrid express, which fell over an embankment at Dax, in the South of France. Thirteen passengers were killed, including the Duke of Canevaro, the Peruvian Minister in Paris, and 30 injured. The Duchess of Canevaro's legs were broken. Paris, Noveniuer 17. The train was travelling at the rate of 70 miles an hour at the time of the accident.
