In a Denver dairy there was lately, and may be now, an oighteen-horncd cow, which, if its ownor decided to go into the museum business, would provo for him a veritablo horn of plenty. Tho horns, says the Now York Journal, arc located four on each foot, which, in addition to tho two on tho cow's head, make the full eighteen. The horns on the feet are in appearance and size similar to those to bo found on the head of a welldeveloped ram, and grow spirally from tho front and back of each hoof. Owing to tho length of the horns on the fore foot tho cow is compelled, whon in an upright position, to rest tho weight of the front part of tho body upon the knees, while tho lower part of tho legs aro bent under the body. Tho hind feet rest firmly upon the ground. Tho cow is a Texan by birth. Tho house steward of tho District Hospital desires, through our columns, to thank an anonymous giver of a perambulator for. the children's ward. TUCKER'S CUSTARD POWDER. Four packets assorted flavours in each 6d box; overywlioro.
