Coppersmith ; Wellington— A. H. Cooper. F. Rodger, and W. Jones.N There is 110 subject of special agitation before the Conference with tha exception of taking the preference of union* ists question before the Privy Council.. ,

Our Wellington correspondent telegraphs i — The following subjects are suggested fol discussion by the Auckland Council:— (1), This Conference recommends that the Indus* trial Conciliation and Arbitration Act be so amended that an award of the Arbitration Court given in any particular industry in any industrial apply to all registered branches of that industry throughout the colony, excepting when and during the existence of an industrial agreement which may have been previously entered oil; (2) that second-hand goods dealers be licensed."
