TO TOE EDITOR. I Sir,—l notice in to-day's cables that New Zealand has been favoured by the War Office with another largo ordor for fodder and horso feed. This should gladden the hearts of our hardworking farmers, and it is to bo sincerely hoped that Auckland province will have the opportunity of supplying I its share. Hero we are at present overstocked with hay, and should not miss this chanc2. There are many hay presses in and around Auckland, and with the largo stocks of compressed hay on hand, wo could supply many hundreds of tons (conveniently pressed in lcwl bales) at a few hours' notice.—l am, etc., Farmer.
