Br Telegraph.-Press Association.-Copyright, Paris, October 19. Advices from Central Africa state that Captains Voulet and Chanoine, after killing Colonel Klobb, who was sent to relieve them from duty, sought to establish an independent State in the French Soudan, but their followers showed loyalty to France by killing bouth Voulet and Chanoine. Lieut. Meunier, who was wounded when Colonel Klobb waT shot, has recovered.
