YESTERDAY Mr. Brabant-, S.M., dealt with 86 applications for old age pensions. Of this total. 47 were struck out, a number rejected, others withdrawn, several adjourned, and the following granted:-Annie Elizabeth Fitzgerald £6: Peter Mitchell. £11 Elizabeth Ray, £13: Eliza Miles, £18; John McCormicli, £18- Christina Lynch, £18. An adjournment until naif-past nine on Saturday morning was announced at the close of the day's work.
