FRENCH AMBASSADORS.
M. CAMBON'S REMOVAL TO LONDON.
TURKISH EMBASSY SNUBBED. By Telegraph.—Press Association-Copyright. London, November 13. The departure of M. Cambon, the French Ambassador at Constantinople, to take up his new duties as Ambassador in London, is being hurried by the French Government.
Reuter's Agency states that the Turkish Embassy in Paris urged the sneedy appointment of a successor. Mi Delcasse replied that as, according to a recent report made by M. Canibon, the Porte was favouring Germany and disregarding French interests, the Embassy's representations would not have the effect of hurrying him in making the appointment.
