REVISION.
IRRITATION BETWEEN FRANCE
AND GERMANY.
By Telegraph.—Press
Paris, November 13. Dreyfus has addressed a letter to the Minister for War couched in most pathetic terms. He says, as his appeals to the Minister for a revision remain unanswered, he understands that his efforts have been in vain, and he will not write any more even though his family wero dying. He relied upon the generosity of France to rehabilitate his memory. Madame Dreyfus begged the Government to send a telegraphic mesage to her husband. Paris, November 14. M. Delcasse, Minister for Foreign Affairs, called upon Count Minister, German Ambassador in Paris, and apologised for insinuation made by M. Rochefort that Count Minister's daughter was the writer of one of the letters in the Dreyfus dossier. Count Munster threatened to leave Paris un less the statement was contradicted.
