August 22—Arrived: Warrimoo, R.M.s., from Vancouver, Honolulu, and Suva; Waikare, s.s., from Sydney; Pareora, s.s., from Wcstport. Sailed: Waikare, s.s., Rotomahana, s.s., for the South; Mawhera, b.s., for Picton, Nelson, and the West Coast. THE DIRECT STEAMERS. WELLINGTON, August 22.-Tho New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Kaikoura left Plymouth on Saturday last for Capetown, Hobart, and Wellington, with 16 first-class, 43 second-class, and 80 steerage passengers. The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Ruapchu is loading at London for Wellington and Lyttelton, and is timed to leave on September 17. THE CORNWALL. Wellington, August 22-The steamer Cornwall, bound from Sydney to London, put in here to-night for coal.
