ACCOMMODATION FOR THE PRESS. [BY TELEGRAPH.-PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. A deputation from the Council of the Journalists' Institute waited on the Premier and the Minister for 'Public Works, to-day, respecting the provision of accommodation for the press in the new Parliament* ty Buildings, both the old rooms having been pulled down. The Premier said the room adjoining the press gallery would be set apart for temporary use during the coming session, When the additions were completed tho Government would see what permanent arrangements could best bo made, both in the way of rooms for ordinary use and sleeping accommodation during all-night sittings, and also the use of a bathroom.
