DISPUTE BETWEEN A GENERAL AND A PRINCE. Vim Anociation -Electric Teltgrapn.-Copjrljlit. Rome, August 5. A duel has been arranged between Prince Henry of Orleans, who recently
conducted a mission to Abyssinia, and General Alberton, who commanded the Italian forces during the recent conflict with the Abyssinians. Prince Henry made charges of cowardice against the Italian troops, which led to General Alberton challenging the Prince to fight a duel.
